...I would immediately buy an Aventador and have a 'U MAD BRO' Wrap done on it with the C&D letter from Ferrari blown up and plastered on the hood.

That's a very good point. But it's a risk I'm willing to take.
I suppose if need be we could change it to a different historic Ferrari that's less likely to result in fan death.

Exactly. I want him to wrap a legendary classic. One of the "pinnacle of Ferrari" models.
As an added bonus, choosing an older model and buying it from a private owner/dealer instead of Ferrari themselves means not signing any ridiculous Ferrari contract and they'll have less legal ground for any cease and desist order.
